Felipe Lazaro graduated from the Swiss federal institute of technology Lausanne (EPFL) in 1994 with a Master degree

in civil engineering. He has

over 25 years’ experience as international consultant in design, construction supervision and safety assessment of

dams and hydroelectric plants gained on projects spanning Europe, Africa and Latin America. He was federal expert

for several large dams in Switzerland and served as Secretary and treasurer of the Swiss Committee on Dams
